Volunteer Qualifications
To qualify as a COMPASS volunteer, we ask that candidates:

Possess a sincere desire to serve

Be at least 18 years old

Be able to communicate and interact with people from diverse backgrounds

Make a minimum one year commitment

Maintain client confidentiality

Comply with agency policies and procedures
