Advocacy Too often, victims of rape and sexual assault feel re-victimized by the legal system. COMPASS can provide advocates to Tuscarawas and Carroll County area survivors. Advocates are available for both English and Spanish-speaking survivors in order to provide personal support during hospital examinations, police investigations, and court proceedings. COMPASS works in collaboratin with area hospitals, police departments, schools, health & social service agencies, and courts in order to provide the most comprehensive support possible to survivors. COMPASS works with the above service providers to achieve a seamless flow of any services provided in Tuscarawas and/or Carroll County which the survivor may need to access.
